It’s National Apprenticeship Week (NAW)! NAW is a time to celebrate the power of apprenticeship programs to help build the American workforce and ignite the U.S. economy. It gives us the opportunity to showcase efforts to advance racial, social, and gender equity, and support underserved communities, including people with disabilities. During NAW, we strive to recognize the work of employers, apprenticeship intermediaries, unions, workforce agencies, and workforce professionals. Their actions help ensure that all job seekers can access apprenticeship programs to propel career pathways and inclusive talent pipelines to well-paying jobs.
